What is Biohacking?
In simple terms, Biohacking is a fascinating new field of using “hacking” techniques to optimise your biology, to become faster, smarter, stronger … indeed, better in any way you can imagine.
- While exercising might be making you stronger & fitter, a Biohacker would be looking for ways of achieving the same results in less time, for example
- Eating a healthy diet may in general be good for you, but a Biohacker would be interested in blood tests to determine what your real nutrition levels are, and what the perfect supplements would be to achieve these greater results
- Getting enough sleep should be a reasonable goal for all of us, but Biohacking sleep would be looking for ways of falling sleep quicker, going deeper for longer, and even getting the same benefits of a good night’s sleep, in less time

Who am I?
I’m just someone based in Hong Kong who set out on the Biohacking path a while back, and struggled to find some of the key resources I needed to progress. This site is a collection of what I learned, to save you time and money on your own journey.
